




Position Summary: A Legal Coordinator who manages complex claims, prevents risks, participates in litigation, and maintains up-to-date legal regulations, serving as a bridge between departments. Responsibilities Comprehensive Claims Management The Legal Coordinator analyzes, directs, and monitors complex case files, ensuring each case is resolved in compliance with the legal framework, the insurance contract, and industry best practices. Their involvement helps expedite response times and reduce legal contingencies. Risk Prevention and Mitigation Through precise legal assessments, they contribute to identifying opportunities for operational improvements, litigation prevention, and strengthening internal policies. Litigation and Negotiation Support They actively participate in claim handling processes, negotiations, and mediations, representing the company’s interests professionally and in strict adherence to the law. Continuous Regulatory Updates In an evolving regulatory environment, they stay current on jurisdictional criteria, legal reforms, and guidelines affecting claims management, ensuring the company operates under compliance standards. Bridge Between Technical and Legal Departments · Monitor claim reports received via email, generated by Call Center telephone advisors. · Communicate with the client to inform them of the procedure to be followed during the service process. · Identify the lawyer assigned to follow up on the claim report and verify their availability to handle the matter. · Ensure first assistance is provided in cases involving injuries or fatalities resulting from the claim. · Conduct legal follow-ups via telephone calls with the client, lawyers, and the insurance company. · Coordinate with the company’s lawyers to provide property verification services for insured parties requiring such support, including scheduling appointments at the Public Prosecutor’s Office. · Submit reports to the insurance company regarding performed property verification services, attaching copies of related procedures. · Maintain contact with the client to coordinate appointments with the assigned lawyer for vehicle release. · Keep the client informed about the process and any potential delays or issues that may arise, resolving them promptly. · Upon vehicle release, the lawyer sends a photograph of the release order for forwarding to the client to conclude the process. · Coordinate legal assistance for reports of theft involving computer equipment and leased vehicles. · Receive and monitor merchandise theft reports occurring within the assigned zone; coordinate assistance for property verification and track such reports to conclusion. · Deliver databases containing summaries of operations. · Request invoices from the Finance Department. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, Perisur area; it is mandatory not to live more than 30 minutes from the workplace. At least 1 year of experience in legal assistance services for insurance.
