Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring your Site operates exceptionally every day. From operations to team atmosphere, and including customer experience. You will lead, execute, and continuously improve. You will serve as the bridge between operations and strategy, working hand-in-hand with your District Leader. Most Important: This position is a leadership incubator. If you consistently exceed your KPIs and demonstrate strong leadership, you can advance to District Leader in ~1 year, aligned with Sede Café’s expansion. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations at your Site (ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently) Build a motivated, committed, and aligned team Maintain top-tier standards for coffee quality and service Oversee onboarding and team development Manage inventory, ordering, and daily operations Supervise cash handling (opening, cash drops, closing) Resolve real-time challenges (customers, operations, team) Execute and drive business initiatives Your Challenges Maintain consistent, high-level operations EVERY day Translate strategy into real-world execution at the store level Develop talent capable of growing alongside you Own your results (KPIs, customer experience, team performance) What We’re Looking For You have led teams in coffee/foodservice (e.g., assistant manager, manager, or senior supervisor) You know coffee and understand the real-world operations of a barista station You’re comfortable working with numbers (sales, inventory, KPIs) You’re hands-on: you enjoy being involved in operations, not just managing from afar You possess strong service orientation and communication skills You are proficient in Office / Drive You have flexible availability and mobility What You’ll Gain Growth into a District Leader role Accelerated learning within an expanding brand A young, dynamic, and energetic team Direct impact on business growth Being part of something just taking off If you’re ready to awaken passion for coffee in every cup, we’d love to hear from you soon!. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education — Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, head, regent
