Our continuous growth drives us to integrate new talent into our team, such as: 'Collections Manager' Job Objective Timely follow-up on invoice receipt from clients, daily reporting of collections, and submission of collection notices to each assigned institution for prompt collection recovery. Requirements and Education Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration (completed and verifiable) Own vehicle required for travel to necessary locations (travel expense support provided) Competencies: Teamwork Customer service Initiative Organization Experience: 3–5 years in similar positions Technical Knowledge: ERP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, BC, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Billing and payment processes Additional Skills: Ability to drive a motor vehicle Your main responsibilities will include: Comprehensive customer management and invoice delivery (100% target). Implementation of operational controls and compliance with quality policies (SGI). Reporting of incidents and participation in identifying occupational health and safety risks.
