Job Summary: We are seeking an Automobile and Motorcycle Appraiser for prospecting, pawn closings, customer portfolio creation and follow-up, and physical/documentary vehicle inspections. Creation and follow-up of customer portfolio AUTOMOBILE APPRAISER (FIELD AND BRANCH WORK) FUNCTIONS - Prospecting for automobile or motorcycle pawning (in the field) - Flyer distribution, posting, hanging banners - Closing pawn transactions for automobiles and motorcycles - Creation and follow-up of customer portfolio - Physical and documentary inspection of motor vehicles. (Technical training provided). WE OFFER Base salary: $8,300.00 monthly net + commissions + $4,000.00 guarantee bonus for the first 2 months + commissions + statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacations, vacation bonus, year-end bonus + profit sharing) + food vouchers ($400.00) starting from the 3rd month REQUIREMENTS Education: Completed high school, strong communication skills, field work experience. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles Valid driver’s license Sales experience and passion for sales.
