Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Basic to intermediate Excel and Office 365 skills. Analytical skills and effective communication. Basic financial and accounting knowledge. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. · WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? Capture of supplier invoices (CFDI). Association of invoices with purchase orders or contracts (if applicable). Verification that invoices comply with SAT requirements and contain correct data. Validation of supporting documents (PO, service evidence, authorization). Identification of errors or rejected invoices. Supplier support regarding invoice status and administrative clarifications.
