Proficiency in pattern-making systems and staying updated on fashion trends A prominent Mexican company specializing in fashion design and marketing seeks talent to join our team as a Pattern-Making Designer. **PATTERN-MAKING DESIGNER** **Requirements:** Age: 28 to 45 years old. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or Pattern-Making Technician. Minimum Experience: 4 years of pattern-making and multi-style garment construction experience. Proficiency in at least one pattern-making system (e.g., Lectra, Optitex, Modaris, Diamino, etc.). **Knowledge Areas** Pattern drafting and grading Product design and development Prototype (mold) creation Fit adjustments Preparation of technical specifications for garment assembly, cutting, and sewing Familiarity with fabrics, trims, and garment finishing Taking garment measurements Staying current with fashion trends and possessing a strong sense of style People management **Competencies** Pro\-active, Organized, Analytical, Dedicated, Decision-making ability, Excellent interpersonal skills, Teamwork and performance under pressure, Goal- and results-oriented, Effective prioritization and learning capacity **We Offer:** Salary: $18,000\.00 Net (Negotiable based on experience) Statutory benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Weekly payroll Savings fund Food vouchers Employee discounts Pleasant working environment Location: Alce Blanco, Naucalpan Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
