Job Summary: Supports the sales team in creating marketing materials and executing B2B marketing initiatives to accelerate the sales process for IT infrastructure solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and execution-oriented role with a direct focus on sales. 2. Develops commercial presentations and one-pagers for IT infrastructure solutions. 3. Creates and updates marketing materials and technical datasheets. Support the sales team in generating clear and professional marketing materials, and execute basic B2B marketing activities that contribute to **accelerating the sales process for IT infrastructure solutions**. This role is **operational and execution-oriented**, with a direct focus on sales. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop commercial presentations and one\-pagers for IT infrastructure solutions * Support the sales team in proposals and tenders * Create and update marketing materials and technical datasheets * Document success stories * Publish basic technical content on LinkedIn * Support simple email marketing campaigns * Maintain up-to-date website information * Coordinate deliverables with designers or external vendors **Experience** * 1–3 years in B2B marketing, communications, or related fields * Experience supporting sales teams (preferred) **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field **Technical Skills** * PowerPoint / Google Slides (advanced level) * Canva * Clear and structured writing * Organization and follow-up * LinkedIn (organic usage) * Basic Excel / Google Sheets **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical English (reading documentation) * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions (networking, WiFi, CCTV, AV, data centers, etc.) * Email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) * Basic CMS proficiency (WordPress, Webflow, Wix) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Sick leave * Option for indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Remote work * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: Hybrid remote in 06500, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX
