Your fundamental purpose is to inform, inspire, and foster emotional connection between employees and the organization’s strategic goals, values, and culture—serving as a key element in the employee experience. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related creative fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in graphic design and/or corporate communication (internal communication). * Portfolio of work. * Copywriting skills. * Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Demonstrable experience in copywriting and professional writing. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in agile design tools for social media/web (e.g., advanced Canva). **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Conceptualize and design all graphic materials required for internal campaigns. This includes digital assets (banners, infographics, posts for internal social platforms), printed materials (posters, flyers), executive presentations, and video short-form assets—ensuring visual identity consistency at all times. * Copywriting: Draft persuasive, informative, and creative texts for all communication channels. * Channel management and maintenance (intranet, campaign landing pages, digital signage, internal apps, etc.). * Basic audiovisual production. * Ensure all internal communication materials—both visual and written—strictly and rigorously comply with established guidelines. * Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Marketing departments.
