The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, interest in creativity and design, and eagerness to learn within an agency environment. They will participate in creating visual proposals, adapting graphic assets, and supporting the art team across various projects. Responsibilities * Support the development of graphic assets for digital campaigns and social media. * Adapt graphic formats for different platforms. * Collaborate with the creative team in generating visual ideas. * Assist in preparing files for digital production. * Organize and maintain design files systematically. * Research visual references and trends for creative projects. Requirements * Student or recent graduate in **Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related field**. * Basic knowledge of **Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop**. * Interest in the creative industry, advertising, and digital content. * Strong visual sense and attention to detail. * Portfolio or collection of academic or personal work. * Proactivity and willingness to learn.
