We are looking for your talent. **COMMUNITY MANAGER** **Minimum 3 years of experience:** · Similar positions or related activities. · In entertainment platforms, media, streaming, or technology (preferred). · Managing organic and engagement strategies on social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.). · **KPI tracking, metric analysis, digital crisis management, and management of large or segmented communities.** · Tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, **Buzzmonitor**, or similar. · Ability to collaborate with designers, content teams, and paid media teams. · **Proactivity in proposing dynamics, giveaways, and interactive formats.** · Sensitivity in managing communication. **Responsibilities:** · Design and implement social media content and promotion strategies focused on engagement and community growth. · Manage and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube, aligned with brand pillars. · Monitor and moderate conversations, managing messages and comments with empathy, agility, and appropriate tone. · Coordinate promotional activities (contests, challenges, giveaways), ensuring legal compliance and clarity in terms and conditions. · Analyze performance KPIs, engagement metrics, and audience growth; generate executive reports in PowerPoint. · Provide strategic feedback on ongoing campaigns, proposing data- and trend-based adjustments. · Track projects with internal teams (design, content, paid media, influencers, legal). · Manage Excel databases for tracking participants, giveaways, interactions, or reports. **Profile:** · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (completed). · Intermediate English (technical level, for using the same tools). · **Excellent writing and spelling.** · **High level of proactivity.** **We Offer!** · Gross monthly salary: **$34,900.00** · Statutory benefits + enhanced benefits (30-day bonus, 6% savings fund, life insurance, 70% vacation bonus). · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm (flexible schedule based on operational needs). · Direct employment contract with the company (100% payroll contribution).
