The ideal candidate not only masters academic content but also promotes technological innovation in the classroom and fosters critical thinking through projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Teach Mathematics to first-, second-, and third-year secondary school classes. * Design and implement **interdisciplinary projects** in collaboration with teachers from other subjects. * Integrate digital tools and **educational technology** into daily instruction to make classes more dynamic. * Coordinate, prepare, and motivate students for their **participation in inter-school competitions** and mathematics olympiads. * Actively participate in academic meetings and institutional **teamwork activities**. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree with **Professional License** in fields related to the subject (e.g., Bachelor of Secondary Education with specialization in Mathematics, Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Physics, etc.). * **Experience:** Preferred but not mandatory. * **Soft Skills:** Excellent classroom management, proactivity, innovative thinking, strong collaborative work ability, and student achievement orientation.
