We are looking for another member to join our legion: **Human Resources Leader / People \& Culture** **Requirements for the Position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience leading an HR department. * Knowledge and hands-on experience executing improvement plans for culture, climate, and organizational development. * Advanced proficiency in personnel administration. * Prior experience reporting to C-level executives. * Previous experience working in advertising agencies. **Focus:** Tactical implementation and talent management. **Mission of the Role:** Ensure that all employee lifecycle processes (from onboarding through offboarding) are executed with excellence, serving as the first point of contact for area leaders. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for creative and administrative positions. * Coordinate the onboarding process to guarantee an exceptional welcome experience. * Support the administration of climate surveys and performance evaluations. * Manage payroll incidents, contracts, and digital personnel files. * Serve as the internal communication bridge to ensure culture permeates all levels. * Operate and supervise personnel administration. * Implement and execute career development plans. * Executive search for leadership profiles. * Knowledge of and recruitment for operational profiles such as (Creative professionals, Strategists, Planners, Account Executives, ATL and BTL Producers). * Employee experience. * Incident tracking and payroll processing. **We Offer:** \- Statutory benefits plus additional perks. \- Annual bonus. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM. \- Work location: One block from Plaza Universidad. \- Very close to Zapata Metro station. \- Kitchen areas available for storing, heating, and consuming meals; 1.5-hour lunch break. \- Excellent work environment, social gatherings, and internal team-building activities. \- Business casual dress code.
