Location: Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México. **Job Requirements** * Minimum education: Secondary school * At least 1 year of prior experience in general maintenance (drywall, carpentry, electricity, hydraulic maintenance, masonry). * Teamwork and problem-solving skills. * Personnel management experience. * Basic computer knowledge. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Age between 30 and 48 years. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across university facilities. * Procure materials. * Coordinate and supervise the maintenance team. * Maintain common areas and workspaces in optimal condition. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Competitive monthly salary of $9,577.00 gross. * Bonus for punctuality and attendance. * 20 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Discounts at stores and department stores.
