Promotes discipline, cleanliness, and teamwork in the kitchen An educational-sector company with over 16 years of market experience and 6 campuses nationwide is expanding and seeking: **Gastronomy Instructor** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, with official degree certificate and professional license. * Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience in gastronomy (technical or higher education level). * Strong verbal communication skills and excellent group management ability. * Professional appearance and image. * Solid knowledge of: * Basic, intermediate, and advanced cooking techniques. * Mexican and international cuisines. * Inventory control and optimal utilization of ingredients. * Professional plating, presentation, and food arrangement. **Competencies:** * Planning and organization of practical and theoretical classes. * Results-oriented approach and focus on student satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Deliver practical and theoretical classes according to the academic curriculum. * Supervise proper use of equipment, utensils, and raw materials. * Administer periodic evaluations. * Promote discipline, cleanliness, and teamwork in the kitchen.
