Continuous training and growth plan **CESSA University** San Ángel / State of Mexico ### **Job Objective** Attract, advise, and convert prospects into enrolled students through a consultative sales process, strategic follow-up, and effective closing. ### **Responsibilities** * Achieve enrollment targets (weekly and monthly KPIs) * Manage and track leads (inbound and outbound) in CRM * Prospect, profile, and convert candidates * Attend to prospects (in person, by phone, and digitally) * Provide personalized counseling to students and parents * Manage sales pipeline and conduct timely follow-ups * Close sales (enrollments) ### **Profile Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree * 2+ years of sales experience (intangible sectors preferred: education, insurance, banking, services) * Experience in prospecting, follow-up, and closing * CRM proficiency * Results-oriented profile with strong goal-achievement focus * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal presence * Valid driver's license (personal vehicle preferred) ### **Compensation** * Base salary: **MXN $18,000–$20,000 gross per month** * Commission structure * Gasoline vouchers * Statutory benefits * Continuous training and growth plan ### **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM * Two Saturdays per month (on-call duty) ### **Why Join Us?** You will become part of a leading institution where you can grow in consultative sales while impacting life decisions and building a solid career in the education sector.
