Your key responsibilities: Execute recruitment and selection processes for teaching and administrative staff, aligned with the Quality Management System (QMS ISO 9000). Provide timely service and assistance to internal and external clients, following up on procedures, administrative processes, and resolving inquiries. Coordinate and monitor staff training and development programs. Manage personnel records (hiring, termination, and modifications), ensuring proper file compilation and updates. Profile we seek Essential requirements: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related field. 2 years of experience in Economic-Administrative areas Desirable qualifications: Teamwork.
