Job Summary: We are seeking an Academic Development Consultant to support students and faculty, coordinate schedules, and assist with school retention strategies at the Observatorio campus. Universidad Tres Culturas invites you to join its team at the Observatorio campus to fill the position of: Academic Development Consultant · Location: Observatorio Campus Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00 hrs Saturdays, 08:00 to 14:00 hrs Main Responsibilities: Providing attention and support to students with academic and administrative inquiries. Contacting faculty to coordinate schedule availability. Creating and adjusting semester- or module-based schedules. Supporting retention strategies and reducing student dropout in collaboration with the internal team. Classroom observation and faculty follow-up during classes. Attending to and channeling academic inquiries. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree; graduation is a mandatory requirement. Proficiency in Excel and collaborative work platforms. Prior experience in the academic field (desirable). Required Skills: Customer service orientation. Strong verbal communication skills. Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. Familiarity with digital platforms. Organizational and tracking abilities.
