**SAC Tools and Processes Specialist**
Work Location: Santa Fe, CDMX.
**Talent Profile**
Education: Bachelor's degree/Engineering in ICT, Systems, Actuarial Science, or related field **(GRADUATED)**.
Experience: 3\-5 years.
**EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE**:
* Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
* Participation in technology/digital projects focused on the last mile.
* Experience in project implementation and scalability.
* Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
* Participate in defining operational models for digital initiatives.
* Document technological requirements within operations.
* Participate in defining operational digital processes.
* Coordinate pilot tests and operational follow-up.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.
**DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE**:
* Digital and operational processes in the last mile.
* Digital tools.
* Technology applied to operations.
* Continuous improvement.
* Experience in digital transformation projects.
* Intermediate English.
