This role is critical to ensuring the correct implementation of solutions such as CCTV, access control, smoke detection, and automation—guaranteeing achievement of objectives on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. **Position Requirements** * Education: Degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **4 years** of experience as a Project Manager or Project Leader, preferably in **special systems, technology, or innovation**. * Demonstrable experience managing on-site (construction) projects. * PMI certification (desirable) * Scrum * Familiarity with **ITIL v3/v4, SAFe**, or other agile or hybrid methodologies is desirable. **Position Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and supervise **special systems** projects (CCTV, access control, fire detection, and automation). * Manage the project work plan, scope, schedule, and resources. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and on-site personnel. * Monitor civil works and ensure proper system implementation. * Administer financial resources and control the project budget. * Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. * Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the company. * Lead projects using agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies. **Position Conditions** * Work arrangement: **60% on-site / 40% in-office**. * Willingness to travel to construction sites. * Willingness to travel (per diems provided). **We are looking for someone who:** * Demonstrates leadership and team coordination skills. * Is proactive, organized, and results-oriented. * Possesses excellent communication and client relationship skills. * Communicates effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members. **Benefits** * Enhanced benefits from day one. * Opportunities for professional development and internal career growth. * Ongoing training in technologies and project management methodologies. * Participation in innovative, high-impact projects. * Collaborative, results-driven work environment. * Support for per diems and transportation (as applicable).
