Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to manage personnel, ensure product quality, and optimize packaging and packing processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production report analysis and preparation **A company specializing in packaging and packing of finished products is seeking a Production Supervisor** Requirements: * Education: Industrial Engineering (incomplete or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising operational staff. * Availability to rotate shifts (7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am). * Residence near the Toluca Industrial Zone or ability to commute conveniently. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation of incident and accident reports, as well as follow-up on action plans. * Assignment and allocation of personnel across production lines. * Control and reporting of incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, leaves, counts, etc.). * Verification of IDH per line and validation of production quantities. * Supervision and release of corrugated materials on the production line. * Validation that Finished Product (FP) complies with correct packaging and quality standards established by the customer. * Supervision of FP storage to ensure compliance with weight and dimension specifications. * Ensuring staff adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) during working hours. * Preparation and analysis of production reports. Technical Competencies: * Production line balancing. * Management and leadership of operational staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel). * Knowledge of the 5S methodology.
