MGCS, a Franco\-Mexican accounting firm with over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial services, is seeking a Process Specialist who can contribute expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and diagramming internal processes, with the objective of documenting them clearly and systematically for subsequent automation. **What do you need?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Process Engineering, or related field (degree holder) * Preferred: Master’s degree or diploma in Process Management, BPM, Process Governance, or related field. * Experience: 2 to 4 years in process analysis, documentation, or improvement. **Technical Knowledge** * Process modeling according to the BPMN 2\.0 standard\. * Process management and documentation (BPM). * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). * Basic understanding of process automation. * Information analysis for process improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Elicit, analyze, and document current processes (AS\-IS). * Design optimized processes (TO\-BE) focused on efficiency and automation. * Develop process diagrams using the BPMN 2\.0 standard\. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. * Support implementation of automated workflows. **What do we offer?** * $1,000 monthly food vouchers * 5% savings fund * 100% IMSS enrollment **Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Location** Oxford \#30\.
