Personnel management and knowledge of hospital regulations. **Position Objective:** Coordinate biomedical department operations to ensure the availability and proper functioning of medical equipment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering (preferred) or related field * 5 years of verifiable experience in a hospital environment * Personnel management experience * Knowledge of hospital regulations * Proactive communication skills **Areas of Expertise:** * Imaging equipment * Operating room equipment * Sterilization and outpatient clinics * Hemodialysis, ventilation, chemotherapy **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervision of various departments (imaging equipment, operating room equipment, sterilization, outpatient clinics, hemodialysis, ventilation, and chemotherapy) * Planning of predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance * Preparation of reports and performance indicators * Personnel supervision * Departmental accountability Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 24 months Salary: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
