If you seek stability, growth, and an environment where you can practically apply your technical knowledge—this opportunity is for you! **What Will You Do in This Role?** You will be a key contributor to ensuring the proper operation of our equipment and facilities: * Execute and monitor **preventive and corrective maintenance** * Diagnose failures and provide effective solutions for industrial equipment * Develop and update **technical drawings, procedures, and reports** * Ensure compliance with **safety and quality standards** * Collaborate in equipment and infrastructure selection and improvement **Requirements:** * Degree in **Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control**, or related field. * Minimum **6 months of experience** in industrial or manufacturing maintenance * Knowledge of equipment diagnosis and repair * Basic understanding of industrial safety regulations * Proactive, analytical profile with a solutions-oriented mindset * Teamwork and strong communication skills **We Offer:** * Base salary: **$11,000.00 monthly gross** * Statutory benefits * Benefits platform * Grocery vouchers: 5% * Medical services **Work Schedule:** (During the **training period**, schedule will be **morning shift**, Monday to Friday) Upon **completion of training**, you will transition to your **regular night shift, Monday to Friday** **Location: Col.
