Exposure to complex technological environments We are looking for an **Industrial Automation Specialist (IT/OT)** who wants to directly impact the operational efficiency of industrial plants. You will play a key role in integrating automation systems with information technologies, participating in high-impact projects. Your Responsibilities: * Optimize and support industrial automation systems * Administer and troubleshoot industrial networks (Ethernet, fiber optics, switching) * Manage IT infrastructure on-site (servers, virtualization) * Develop and maintain solutions using databases and scripting * Participate in continuous improvement and industrial digital transformation projects Requirements (Must-Have): * 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation or IT/OT environments * Experience with **industrial networks** (switches, fiber optics, troubleshooting) * Knowledge of **virtualization** (VMware, Hyper-V) * Experience with **SQL Server and data management** * Intermediate English (technical reading ability) Plus (Will Make You Stand Out): * Experience with **C#, Python, or PowerShell** * Knowledge of IT/OT integration * Experience in industrial or multi-plant projects What We Offer: * Competitive salary + benefits * Professional growth in real industrial projects * Exposure to complex technological environments * Collaborative, results-oriented culture Salary: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Experience: * fiber optics: 5 years (Mandatory) * Microsoft SQL Server: 5 years (Mandatory) * C#: 1 year (Desirable) * industrial infrastructure and systems: 5 years (Mandatory) Language: * English (Desirable) Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Polanco, CDMX
