




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to ensure the operational continuity of laboratory equipment, combining specialized technical execution with area administration. Provide technical assistance and remote or on-site diagnostics. At **Distribuidora Química Integral (DQI)**, we seek a Technical Support Engineer to ensure the operational continuity of our installed base of laboratory equipment (urinalysis, hematology, clinical chemistry, etc.). This role combines specialized technical execution with area administration. **What will be your challenges?** * **Maintenance Management:** Develop and execute the semiannual preventive service plan and respond to corrective reports. * **Installation Control:** Ensure equipment functionality prior to delivery and perform commissioning under established protocols. * **Technical Administration:** Manage inventories of spare parts, accessories, and tools. * **Support and Diagnostics:** Provide telephone and on-site support (field work), documenting each incident in service logs. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Biomedical Engineering or related field (mandatory). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year preferred in medical or clinical laboratory settings. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid ability to read technical manuals; experience in corrective maintenance of IVD equipment; quality control; operation of clinical analyzers; interpretation or understanding of clinical results. * **Tools:** Intermediate Excel; ERP Aspel\-SAE or similar experience preferred. * **Skills:** Assertive communication, organization, leadership, and strong service orientation. **Additional Requirements:** * **Valid Class A driver’s license (preferred).** * **Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle.** * **Valid passport (preferred).** * Availability to submit weekly activity reports to the General Management. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a solid company in the clinical diagnostics sector. * Ongoing training on equipment and technical areas. * Job stability and professional development. * Additional statutory holidays. * Food vouchers. * Punctuality bonus.
