Supervise the modeling team and validate BIM families **Mucho Talento is seeking a BIM DESIGNER in Del Valle \- Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Job Description: We are experts in resilient seismic structural engineering that reduces damage and facilitates post-disaster recovery; we are currently seeking a BIM Designer. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree with title and professional license. * Advanced English. * Proficiency in Autodesk software suite and Bluebeam. **Job Objective:** Lead technical development and advanced modeling of projects using BIM methodology, ensuring accuracy, multidisciplinary coordination, and compliance with technical standards, thereby contributing to the company’s operational and construction efficiency. Main Functions and Responsibilities: **3D BIM Modeling:** Develop and supervise three-dimensional digital models using software such as Revit according to project requirements. **Advanced Discipline Modeling:** Develop and supervise BIM models for architecture, structure, or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) with high level of detail (LOD 400\). **Multidisciplinary Technical Coordination:** Identify, document, and resolve interdisciplinary clashes through BIM coordination processes (BIMM 360° and ACC). **BIM Standards Management and Control:** Apply and enforce current BIM protocols, templates, naming conventions, and regulations (internal BEP based on BIM FORUM and BIM design policies). **Modeling Team Supervision:** Guide and support junior designers in correctly executing modeling and technical documentation tasks. **BIM Family Development and Validation:** Create or validate complex parametric families in accordance with project standards. **Model and Deliverable Quality Control:** Review models and drawings prior to key deliveries, ensuring geometric accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with client requirements. **We Offer:** Monthly salary of $33,000\.00 \+ Statutory benefits 2 additional paid leave days per year of service Major medical expense insurance Life insurance Annual training bonus **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Expert Level **Departmental Function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69c2e2ac3200002f0030b0c9\&source\=indeed*
