Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems/Telecommunications Engineer with network experience to monitor, analyze, and respond to events and incidents, generate reports, and conduct follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Event and incident identification and analysis 2. Monitoring and management of detection and response tools 3. Handling requests and follow-up with involved departments **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications with network experience. (Degree holder) **Work Location:** Insurgentes Sur, Tlalpan (near Metrobús Villa Olímpica). **Work Schedule:** Monthly rotating shift. **1–3 years of experience in:** * Event and incident identification and analysis * Execution of response actions for alerts and incidents * Generation of alert and incident tickets arising from monitoring and operations tools * Registration, tracking, and closure of alert and incident tickets * Daily and monthly report and documentation generation * Alert and incident escalation via email and phone calls * Handling, review, and follow-up of alerts and incidents with respective departments * Monitoring and management of tools for detection, management, and response to events and incidents * Proactive hunting of alerts, incidents, high response times, and response errors in real time across systems and servers * Monitoring and analysis of SPEI graphs * On-site, email, and/or phone request handling by involved departments **Competencies:** * Excellent service attitude * Availability * High commitment and accountability
