Job Objective: Provide operational support in production, packaging, and meat handling areas, ensuring order, cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with quality and food safety standards. Main Responsibilities Product Packaging in Refrigerated Room: Prepare, weigh, portion, and package meat cuts according to customer specifications and internal standards. Production Process Support: Assist in deboning, portioning, labeling, sealing, and order assembly. Product Handling and Organization: Load, move, and organize boxes, trays, and products within refrigerated rooms and work areas. Basic Inventory Control: Record product receipts and shipments, assist in physical counts, and report losses or anomalies. Area Cleaning and Sanitization: Maintain cleanliness of worktables, tools, equipment, and work areas per food safety standards. Compliance with Safety and Hygiene Standards: Properly wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures in cold rooms and cutting areas. Order Preparation: Assist in picking, inspection, and assembly of orders for internal and external customers. Goods Receiving: Help unload, inspect, and organize incoming products from suppliers. General Support for Assigned Tasks by Supervisor: Perform additional tasks related to daily operations as required.
