Personnel Development and Commercial Strategies **Salary:** MXN 12,000.00 – MXN 26,000.00 per month **Job Objective** Ensure the proper **management, administration, and comprehensive operation of the gas station**, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, safety, business profitability, and excellence in customer service. **Requirements** * Completed **Engineering or Bachelor’s degree** (mandatory). * Prior experience as a **Manager, Assistant Manager, or Unit Leader**, with verifiable employment stability. * Experience in **personnel management, cash handling, customer service, and sales strategies**. * Availability to work in the North or South zones of CDMX. **Desired Technical Knowledge:** * Current regulations applicable to gas stations (CRE, ASEA, PROFECO). * Handling and accompaniment during **audits and official inspections**. * Operational safety and risk prevention at fuel stations. * Operation of dispatch and volumetric control systems. * Fuel inventory control and reconciliations. * Emergency procedures and safety protocols. * Basic facility maintenance and coordination with technical vendors. **Main Responsibilities** * Administration, supervision, and development of operational staff. * Ensure the **overall safety** of the gas station. * Cash handling: daily closings, cash counts, end-of-day reconciliation, and deposits. * Customer service and follow-up, including complaint resolution. * Preparation and execution of **sales budgets** and commercial strategies. * Compliance with internal and external audits. * Coordination with vendors and assurance of smooth operational functionality. **We Offer** * **Net monthly salary during training:** $12,000 * **Salary increase starting from the 3rd month:** $26,000 * Paid training * Social Security coverage from day one * Statutory vacation days * **15-day year-end bonus** * Life insurance * Medical expense insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Company-provided mobile phone * Gasoline allowance * Discounts and preferential pricing Apply or send your CV to elizabeth.mercado@gomart.com.mx Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment, North and South zones of the city Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $26,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
