Job Summary: We are seeking a Functional Consultant with operational experience in insurance CORE systems, focused on functional analysis, configuration, and expert support for Oracle Forms platforms. Focus on operations, functional analysis, and expert support We seek a Functional Consultant specialized in insurance CORE systems, with solid operational experience in the insurance sector and knowledge of platforms built on Oracle Forms / Oracle / PL/SQL. This role is NOT development-oriented; it is an operations-focused profile centered on functional analysis, configuration, expert support, and user and vendor liaison. Required Profile Proven experience in the insurance sector, with understanding of concepts, processes, and real-world operations. Knowledge and hands-on experience with insurance CORE systems such as: ALEA, SICAS, ACSEL / ACSEL-X or other similar Oracle Forms-based systems. Functional expertise in platforms built on Oracle Forms, Oracle, and PL/SQL (not for programming, but to understand system logic). Ability to analyze processes, identify improvements, and translate operational needs into functional requirements. Role Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for the functional operation of the SIASE CORE system, including: Addressing and resolving users’ operational questions regarding system functionality. Configuring modules such as: -Products -Claims -Policy Issuance -Reinsurance -Collections Identifying areas for improvement in processes and operational workflows. *Documenting functional requirements for the vendor when adjustments or enhancements are needed. *Training users and documenting processes. *Ensuring daily CORE system operation aligns correctly with business processes. *Technical Context of the SIASE System SIASE is a CORE system developed in Oracle Forms, with functionality closely resembling ALEA, SICAS, and ACSEL-X.
