Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Operations Analyst to ensure the continuity of financial planning operations, manage IT infrastructure, and resolve incidents. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking: DIGITAL OPERATIONS ANALYST JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure the continuity of financial planning operations at Grupo Herdez, while maintaining full readiness of all IT infrastructure to avoid IT-related incidents. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Track support requests reported by users regarding failures or opportunities identified in the Financial Planning application. • Efficiently and effectively resolve all reports or tickets submitted by users to avoid operational disruption. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related field Experience: • 2 years managing databases • 1 year in help desk or technical support • 1 year tracking incidents • 1 year managing SLAs and response times Technical Knowledge: • Programming language for databases. • End-user support and issue tracking.
