Position Summary: A major bank is seeking a Traffic Accident Claims Adjuster to attend to, follow up on, and resolve conflicts arising from traffic incidents, determining liability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Immediate attention to traffic accidents 2. On-site follow-up and resolution of conflicts 3. Assistance and accompaniment to the insured TRAFFIC ACCIDENT CLAIMS ADJUSTER – CDMX (ÁLVARO OBREGÓN) A major bank is seeking: AUTOMOBILE CLAIMS ADJUSTER. Service-oriented attitude, strong verbal communication skills, negotiation ability, responsibility, stress tolerance, and professional appearance. Main responsibilities: · Immediate attention to traffic accidents. · On-site follow-up and resolution of conflicts at the incident location. · Determination of liability in accordance with the liability guidelines. · Compilation and preparation of claim files. · Assistance and accompaniment to the insured throughout the process. · Reporting and documentation of incidents. Requirements: · Age 25 years old. · Minimum education: Technical degree. · Experience in customer service, field operations, or claims handling (preferred). · Flexible working hours. · Favorable credit bureau report. · Valid claims adjuster license.
