Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Supervision Resident in land transportation infrastructure to execute and monitor construction work, ensuring compliance and supporting administrative management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and monitor the execution of land transportation infrastructure projects 2. Support administrative control of the project 3. Manage human and material resources We are looking for: **"SUPERVISION RESIDENT \- Experience in land transportation infrastructure" with availability to travel to COLIMA** **Objective:** Execute supervision-related tasks to ensure continuous inspection and monitoring of the project, verify that construction is carried out in accordance with the design and its specifications. Support the Supervision Manager or Site Supervisor in administrative control of the project regarding budgets, progress, and scheduling. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineer (degree mandatory) * Preparation of daily logs * Minimum general experience of 3 years as a Supervision Resident, with specific experience in land transportation infrastructure * Knowledge of planning and scheduling related to machinery productivity * Knowledge of regulations: Federal, State, Municipal, and Private Public Works legislation; SCT regulations and construction systems; AASHTO standards for bridges * Valid driver's license **Experience in:** * Development of executive projects * Effective administration of assigned resources: human and material * Regulatory compliance * Execution, supervision, and control of land transportation infrastructure projects **Functions:** * Verify timely and proper execution of works * Document progress tracking of construction activities * Prepare and submit reports related to project progress * Support administration of human resources under supervision * Manage, supervise, and safeguard company material resources **We offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Life insurance For out-of-town personnel: * Camp accommodation * Per diems * Bimonthly leave Interested candidates should apply through this channel with an updated CV or contact us at 221 120 1199 Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
