A major manufacturing plant is seeking an **Occupational Physician** **Requirements:** * Medical Doctor and Surgeon degree (degree and professional license REQUIRED) * Experience: Minimum 3 years in Occupational / Industrial / Labor Medicine (REQUIRED) * Must reside no more than 1 hour away * Knowledge of spirometry and audiometry **Responsibilities:** * Management of internal and external audits (IMSS, STPS, COFEPRIS, Ministry of Health, FDA) * Pre-employment and periodic medical examinations * Health risk management, including development of job risk matrices * Training on health-related topics (prevention, promotion, encouragement) * Collaboration with other departments (safety, human resources) * Annual work plans (training, DC3) * Completion of forms, controls, and medical service records * Provision of general medical care and consultations * Management of medical leave certifications * Involvement in ST9, ST7, and ST2 processes **We offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $21,660 MXN * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers (10% of salary) **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM** We are a company committed to the Equal Employment Opportunity Act.
