




Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, manage inventory control, and ensure receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods according to quality and productivity standards. Coordination with key departments and customer service. **Position Objective:** Ensure proper warehouse operation through supervision and coordination of personnel, inventory control, and receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, guaranteeing compliance with established company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and productivity targets. **Position Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school diploma (technical degree or incomplete/complete bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum 2–3 years in a warehouse or distribution center. * Prior experience as a supervisor or operational team leader. * Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is desirable. * Proficiency in WMS / ERP systems for inventory control. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Competitive salary **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily operations of the assigned warehouse process. * Ensure correct receipt, preparation, picking, shipping, returns, and material relocations. * Verify material traceability (lots, serial numbers, complete/incomplete kits). * Control physical and system-based inventories, ensuring stock accuracy. * Monitor surgery dates, emergencies, and medical priorities. * Validate that processes meet specific customer requirements. * Coordinate with planning, customer service, transportation, and hospital departments. * Ensure accurate recording of material inflows and outflows. * Manage incidents: shortages, delays, incomplete returns, or damages. * Supervise compliance with customer guidelines and audits. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and control in critical warehouse areas. * Train department personnel. * Prepare operational reports: turnover, availability, incidents, and service level. **Skills and Competencies:** * Operational leadership. * Attention to detail and focus on traceability. * Sense of urgency. * Planning and organization. * Decision-making under pressure. * Effective communication. * Customer orientation. **Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday.** **Location** Benito Juárez Borough
