We seek talent with a technical focus and passion for innovation to join us as a Technical Services Engineer. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry (QFB), Industrial Chemistry (IQ), Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering (IBQ), Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in technology transfer, scale-up, or technical services within the pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of GMP, GDP, technical documentation, and change control. Desirable familiarity with manufacturing and packaging processes. Availability to work in Azcapotzalco. Key Responsibilities: Monitor technology transfer and scale-up processes. Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Document and analyze production and packaging processes. Participate in deviation closure and preparation of technical reports. Implement process improvements and statistical controls. Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
