Job Summary: We are seeking a Drywall Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on drywall systems, walls, and ceilings within the hospital. Key Highlights: 1. Said) **WHAT WE OFFER:** Base salary: $12,300 gross per month Benefits exceeding legal requirements (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation) Food vouchers: $1,230 additional monthly (card-based) Transportation allowance: $16 per working day Punctuality bonus: $1,230 per month (starting from the sixth month) Savings fund Dining and parking discounts Uniforms Sunday premium pay Profit-sharing Direct employment with the hospital **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on drywall systems within the hospital Repair walls, ceilings, and plasterboard/gypsum structures Replace and adjust suspended grid ceilings (including damaged panel replacement) Surface repair, finishing, and detailing (joint compound application, sanding, basic painting) Repair damage caused by moisture, impact, or prior installations Adjustments to lightweight partitions and false wall/ceiling elements Assist with minor adaptations of hospital spaces (NO new construction) Work under hospital safety and hygiene standards Important: This is NOT project-based or piecework.
