Excellent work environment **Systems Assistant / Analyst** **Hospital Polar Santo Domingo**, a hospital soon to open, is currently seeking a **Systems Assistant / Analyst** to join our IT team and provide support to various hospital departments. Responsibilities * Provide on-site, remote, and telephone technical support to users. * Install and configure computers, printers, software, and antivirus programs. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and peripherals. * Assist with network, VPN, and internet configuration. * Perform punch-down and termination of structured cabling. * Manage data backups and provide server support. * Administer inventories and equipment accountability records. * Configure email accounts in Outlook (POP, IMAP, and Exchange). * Assist in tracking and resolving hospital technology incidents. Requirements * Intern completing degree requirements or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of: SQL, HTML, Windows Server, networking, and technical support. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook. * Knowledge of VPN/IP configuration and structured cabling. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. * Familiarity with NOI and COI systems is desirable.
