Effective inventory management and SAP registration The **Grupo** **San Ángel Inn Universidad** is seeking a **Hospital Supply Assistant** on a **TEMPORARY** basis to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the flow of supplies and materials required to ensure an efficient and safe healthcare environment. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits (social security, thirteenth-month bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing, Sunday premium) * Savings fund * Cafeteria service * Career development opportunities **Schedule:** * We operate from Monday to Sunday with one weekday day off * Evening shift: **2:00 PM to 9:30 PM**, with training from **9:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Responsibilities:** * Manage and distribute medical supplies to all hospital departments * Effectively manage inventory * Receive and verify orders, and store them appropriately * Maintain accurate inventory records * Accurately register materials and medications in SAP * Charge patient accounts according to surgical sheet usage * Support substitutions in the General Warehouse **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Minimum 6 months of experience handling medications Bring your experience and skills to help us maintain an efficient and welcoming hospital for our patients and staff.
