Job Summary: Medical Life is seeking an Internal Control Supervisor to ensure the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of internal controls, mitigate risks, and coordinate audits. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures the proper implementation and enhancement of internal controls. 2. Evaluates and mitigates operational and financial risks. 3. Leads the coordination of internal audits and follow-up on findings. At Medical Life, we are looking for an Internal Control Supervisor who ensures the proper implementation, monitoring, and improvement of the organization's internal controls. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internal control, auditing, or related areas. Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Experience in internal/external audits. Analytical skills, leadership ability, and results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with the COSO Framework, internal control regulations, process management, and audit tools. Main Responsibilities: Supervise compliance with internal controls and policies. Evaluate and mitigate operational and financial risks. Coordinate internal audits and follow up on findings. Implement process and control improvements. Prepare executive reports for management. Train staff on internal control and compliance.
