**Purpose**
Contributes to the overall success of the Payroll and Corporate Agreements Division in Mexico by ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are implemented or achieved in support of the team’s business strategies and goals. Ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable internal standards, policies, and procedures.
**Responsibilities**
* Promotes a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and expertise.
* Develops payroll commercial strategy to prioritize enterprise prospecting in alignment with the objectives of the Payroll and Corporate Agreements Division.
* Drives growth and profitability of the product within the portfolio of enterprises defined as target markets in Corporate, Government, and Business Banking.
* Conducts prospecting and sales activities to engage potential clients, seeking referrals both internally and externally from the institution’s client base.
* Designs and monitors an aggressive promotion pipeline to increase payroll business, including cross-selling to employees and employers.
* Is responsible for executing the Governance framework defined by the Payroll and Corporate Agreements Commercial Division.
* Is responsible for promoting and selling Corporate Agreements.
* Actively promotes enterprise and payroll nominee engagement for the assigned portfolio in coordination with other responsible product areas.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration.
Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Leadership and negotiation skills with key stakeholders in corporate and external enterprises, aimed at building long-term client relationships.
Prior experience in the banking sector is preferred.
Master’s degree desirable.
English.
