




**Recruitment and Selection Coordinator** **Industry:** Private Security **Location:** Apodaca, Nuevo León **Work Mode:** On-site \| Full-time **Job Objective:** Ensure efficient and timely coverage of operational and administrative vacancies through talent attraction, assessment, and selection strategies, guaranteeing process quality and compliance with company standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection * Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field * Knowledge of the Private Security sector (preferred) * Flexible availability of working hours * Leadership, organizational skills, and sense of urgency **Responsibilities:** * Proficiency in recruitment platforms (Indeed, OCC, Facebook, etc.) * Posting job openings on digital and physical media (flyers, bulletin boards, social networks) * Resume screening and interviews (in-person, phone, and online) * Preparing and validating candidate files * Tracking hires and maintaining records * Proficiency in office tools and basic computer skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized and autonomous manner. * Posting job openings across various media * Recruiting and selecting operational and administrative personnel * Assessing and filtering candidates according to required profiles * Ensuring timely and proper coverage of vacancies * Scheduling interviews and applying initial screening filters * Generating reports and maintaining documentary control of processes **Employment Offer:** * Monthly base salary: **$17,000 net.** * Bi-weekly payment * **Statutory benefits** * **Commission for each recruited candidate** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Experience: * Private Security: 1 year (Mandatory) * Recruitment and Selection: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
