Mexico City | Hybrid work model Position: Mass Recruiter At Vitamédica, part of Bupa, we are looking for a Mass Recruiter who wants to grow in a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented environment, directly impacting the onboarding of key talent for the business. Your mission: Attract and manage talent for high-volume positions (primarily commercial and operational), ensuring agile, efficient processes and an excellent candidate experience. What will you do on a daily basis? Posting and promoting job openings on job boards and social media Attracting talent for mass positions (call center, telesales, operations) Resume screening and initial interviews Coordinating interviews with business leaders Timely follow-up with candidates until onboarding Managing recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, effectiveness, volume) Implementing attraction strategies (job fairs, institutional partnerships, digital campaigns) What we are looking for in you: Completed bachelor's degree (Psychology, Business Administration or related field) Experience in mass recruitment (minimum 1–2 years) High level of organization and ability to handle large volumes of job openings Results-oriented mindset and sense of urgency Excellent communication skills Proficiency in job boards and LinkedIn What we offer you: Competitive salary + bonus scheme based on time-to-fill Statutory and above-statutory benefits Professional development within a global company Culture focused on wellbeing and diversity Excellent working environment. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree years of experience Languages: Spanish, English Knowledge: Organization Keywords: selection, recruiter, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
