




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst with analytical thinking and commitment to administrative accuracy to ensure correct payroll calculation and compliance with statutory obligations. We seek a Payroll Analyst with analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to administrative accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as compliance with obligations to social security institutions. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (MANDATORY); preferably with official degree certificate and professional license. Experience: 2–3 verifiable years. Key Responsibilities: Process and validate biweekly payroll. Manage attendance incidents (absences, disabilities, vacations, overtime, etc.). Submit employee onboarding, termination, and salary modifications to IMSS (SUA/IDSE). Generate and review SUA, INFONAVIT, and Fonacot payments. Prepare payroll reports and reconcile them with the accounting department. Calculate severance pay and final settlements in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). Support internal or external audits conducted by IMSS and STPS. Maintain up-to-date personnel database. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and IMSS processes. Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, NOI, or similar systems. Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, and INFONAVIT Law.
