Direct hiring and the option of an indefinite-term contract IMPORTANT: CORPORATE COMPANY IN CDMX Seeking: GENERAL / ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Work Location: Lomas de Chapultepec, CDMX Salary: $10,000 to $12,000 net monthly Immediate start We seek candidates with experience in maintaining corporate facilities, and knowledge in electricity, painting, and general maintenance. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed high school or technical degree * Degree in Electromechanical Engineering (preferred) * Minimum 3 years verifiable experience in general maintenance * Knowledge of electricity, painting, finishing, and general maintenance * Basic computer skills * Experience in electrical repairs, lighting fixtures, and preventive maintenance * Use of tools, patching, painting, and basic welding * Responsible, organized, and service-oriented * Verifiable employment references RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities * Electrical repairs and inspection of lighting fixtures * Painting, finishing, and patching * Repair of floors, walls, and ceilings * Support in general building maintenance * Moving and rearranging furniture * Tracking maintenance reports WE OFFER: * Statutory benefits * Direct hiring * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Option of an indefinite-term contract WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 hrs Saturdays, 08:00–13:00 hrs IMPORTANT: Applications with a commute time exceeding 1 hour to the Lomas de Chapultepec area will not be considered.
