At Farmacias Similares, we are looking for our new: LABOR RELATIONS ADVISOR · Requirements: 3 years of experience in a similar position. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related field (candidate nearing graduation accepted). Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, and administrative procedures of labor conciliation centers. SAP (desirable). Office: Excel, PowerPoint. Willingness to travel throughout the Mexican Republic. Professional appearance. · Main Responsibilities: Conduct economic negotiations with personnel undergoing separation. Manage payment procedure processing. Follow up on separation requests due to abandonment or voluntary resignation. Maintain daily updates to the database. Retrieve original documentation for filing into separation process files. · Additional Knowledge: Basic legal concepts. · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
