Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to ensure food safety, following hygiene and safety guidelines, and supporting activities within the service area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comply with the H Distinction guidelines for food safety 2. Ensure cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils 3. Support activities inherent to the service area Centro Médico ABC is currently seeking: Kitchen Assistant Requirements:  Secondary education – Certificate Responsibilities: • Comply with the H Distinction guidelines by applying knowledge acquired in food hygiene handling training, to ensure the safety of prepared food. • Wash, rinse, and disinfect departmental equipment and utensils, following established hygiene and safety standards, to ensure cleanliness. • Provide cleaned and disinfected equipment and materials to kitchen staff for food preparation and consumption. • Support activities inherent to the nature of the service area as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
