We are currently seeking a key talent to join our team as an IT and Systems Engineer for Public Procurement — a strategic profile that merges technical IT knowledge with precision in public procurement processes. Job Objective: To provide specialized technical support in the analysis, design, and preparation of technical proposals for Information Technology projects, ensuring strict compliance with requirements and regulations stipulated by the issuing authorities. Key Responsibilities: · Technical Analysis: Review of tender documents, technical annexes, and clarification meetings. Proposal Development: Preparation and assembly of robust technical proposals focused on Infrastructure, Servers, Networks, Cybersecurity, and Systems. Documentation: Integration of technical specifications, concept catalogs, and supporting documentation for deliverables. Institutional Management: Compilation of tender files for government agencies (SEDENA, SEMAR, ISSSTE, IMSS). Coordination: Liaison with commercial, procurement, and supplier teams for quotations and project sizing. · Required Profile: Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, ICT, Computer Science, or related field (degree holder required). Experience: Minimum 6 months. Essential Technical Knowledge: Servers: Windows Server and Linux. Virtualization: VMware, Proxmox, etc. Networks: LAN/MAN architecture, switch and firewall configuration. Cybersecurity: Concepts of WAF, antivirus, and system hardening.
