We offer caregiver and nursing services 24/7, 365 days a year. Due to expansion, our team is seeking a candidate capable of leading employees and organizing and coordinating internal HR processes. Education Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration * Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Skills and Competencies: * Responsibility * Teamwork * Perseverance * Problem-solving ability * HR process improvement * Decision-making ability Experience in: * Computer use * Personnel management * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law Responsibilities: * Conducting interviews and hiring * Safeguarding employment contracts * Creating work schedule rosters * Resolving incidents * Reporting \- Excel \- Word * Managing corporate software * Preparing payroll registers and incident reports * Uniform inventory management * Coordinating employee training sessions Work Schedule: Must not hold any additional job. * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the office (includes one-hour lunch break) \- Saturday or Sunday on-call at private residences.
