Position Objective To supervise and ensure that operational activities are carried out in accordance with regulatory guidelines, internal procedures, and safety best practices, protecting personnel integrity, reducing operational risks, and ensuring applicable legal compliance. Responsibilities * Supervise on-site electrical work, work at heights, and critical activities. * Review, validate, and authorize work permits for high-risk activities. * Verify proper application of AST (Activity-Specific Task analysis), risk assessments, safe procedures, and operational controls. * Ensure implementation of the LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) methodology for hazardous energy control. * Monitor correct use of PPE and fall protection systems. * Verify adherence to the Five Golden Rules for electrical work. * Conduct safety inductions, safety talks, and operational training. * Perform periodic inspections of tools, measuring equipment, lifelines, anchor points, and dielectric equipment. * Investigate incidents, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and follow up on corrective actions. * Follow up on internal and external audits related to safety, environment, and compliance. * Manage hazardous chemicals and waste, including storage, labeling, logbooks, and final disposal. * Prepare reports, indicators, and documentary evidence of compliance.
